Basic Human Resource Management Training for Everyday Managers

The Human Capital of an organization is the greatest resource of any organization. And it is common place to see on the website and documents of many organizations the statement “our greatest assets are our staff”. Since Organizations exist for different reasons and within different contexts, they are expected to survive through varying challenges; from the  economy, to changes in political and economic policies, variations in customer expectations and satisfaction indexes, tough regulatory issues, huge turnover of personnel, etc, to stay true to her vision and mission, and to gain competitive advantage within the market place, it is important to establish strategies and approaches that ensures the effective deployment, utilization and maximization of the organizations workers/employees.

Objectives
